Ronald J. Kruszewski has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Stifel Financial Corp. and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated since 2001 and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Stifel Financial Corp and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated since September 1997.

Prior thereto, Mr. Kruszewski served as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Baird Financial Corporation and Managing Director of Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated from 1993 to September 1997.

Mr. Kruszewski serves on the Board of Directors of Angelica Corporation. He is active in community affairs, serving as Chairman of Downtown Now!, and as a member of the Board of Directors of the St. Louis Regional Chamber and Growth Association and Barnes-Jewish Hospital as well as the Board of Trustees of Webster University and the St. Louis Science Center. He is also past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Downtown St. Louis Partnership, Inc. Mr. Kruszewski is a member of the Regional Business Council in St. Louis and is a member of the St. Louis Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
